Prevention Resource Centers (PRC) provide training and technical assistance that will foster and support community coalitions. Working in partnership with OASAS, counties, and other OASAS funded prevention providers; the WNYPRC will help communities by facilitating partnerships and collaboration with a primary focus on building community capacity and resources within the multi-county area of Western New York. By concentrating on effective prevention strategies and programs, this focus will address behaviors that drive alcohol and other drug abuse and problem behavior and lead
to changes in our WNY communities’ attitudes, norms, and behaviors.
